By Car
If you are travelling by car, the Jewellery Quarter is easily accessible via the M6 motorway. There are several car parks available in the area, including the Jewellery Quarter Car Park and the Vyse Street Car Park.
Furthermore, parking is free right outside the clinic for up-to 30 minutes. For longer appointments, you may pay £1.50/hour on the entrance & exit of Hylton Street.
By Train
If you are travelling by train, the closest station to the Jewellery Quarter is the Jewellery Quarter station, which is served by West Midlands Trains. The station is a short walk from the main jewellery district.
By Bus

Our sexual health clinic in Birmingham is open from 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. Bookings can also be made on Sundays between 10am and 2pm.

Our sexual health clinic in Birmingham is by appointment only. We do not accept walk-in appointments.

Is there a waitlist or cancellation list I can join?
We are usually able to see patients within 24 hours so we find there to be no need for a wait list.
Are there any forms or paperwork I need to bring to my appointment?
For a few appointments, we will request you to fill out a pre appointment questionnaire. Otherwise, you do not need to bring any paperwork with you to your appointment.
What is the clinic's policy on insurance and billing?
Most of our patients are self-paying. However, if you would like to go via your health insurance company, please check with them before booking an appointment.
Are there any specific instructions I need to follow before my appointment?
We will communicate any particular things that need to be done when booking your appointment.
However, in most cases, there is no need to do anything in particular.
What is the clinic's policy on privacy and confidentiality?
We do not share your information with any other clinic/organisation unless you specifically ask us to.
Is there parking available at the clinic, and is it free?
Yes. You can park right outside the clinic for upto 30 minutes for free. Alternatively, there are paid parking options nearby.
