We offer Same Day STI Testing with results typically available within 4 hours of your appointment. Even if you attend our last appointment of the day (5:30 pm on weekdays or 1:30 pm on weekends), you will still receive your results on the same day.

Note: Tests for Mycoplasma genitalium and confirmation tests for reactive HIV/Syphilis/Hepatitis may take up to 4 working days.

You can choose to receive results by text or email (recommended). If you test positive for HIV, Hepatitis B, or Hepatitis C, we will always communicate this over a phone call or in person to ensure you have full support.

Yes, our tests are approximately 99% accurate and meet strict national regulations. We include a "Specimen Adequacy Control" for urine and swab tests to ensure the sample quality is high enough for a reliable result.

• Men: Please avoid passing urine for 1-2 hours before your appointment. This ensures we can get a high-quality sample.
• Women: No specific preparation is needed. You can even be tested during your period; it will not affect the results.
• Antibiotics: If you are currently taking antibiotics, please let us know, as this may affect sample quality or results.

• Urine: Self-collected (usually for men).
• Blood: Taken from the vein by our clinician.
• Swabs (Throat/Rectal/Vaginal): You can choose to take these yourself or have our clinician do it for you.

Not necessarily. If you have symptoms, we recommend a Consultation so a doctor can examine you. If you have no symptoms, know exactly what you need, and have no questions, you can use our Drop & Go (Without Consultation) service, which is faster and costs less.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a partner, friend, or family member. We also offer a chaperone service if you would like a staff member present during your examination.

We will ask you to come in to receive treatment. We can prescribe the necessary medication or refer you appropriately. If you have been in contact with a confirmed positive partner, we may be able to offer treatment in the same appointment before results are back, depending on the clinician's judgment.

• Chlamydia & Mycoplasma: Retest 4 weeks after starting treatment.
