FAQs

What is your policy when using health insurance?

We follow a self-reimbursement policy. This means that patients are required to pay for services at the time of their appointment and can submit the invoice to their insurance provider for reimbursement, depending on their coverage.

Are all of your services covered by my insurance?

While we cannot guarantee insurance coverage for all our services, we encourage patients to check with their insurance provider beforehand. All services must be paid for at the time of the appointment, after which you may seek reimbursement from your insurer based on your policy.

What information or documents do I need to provide for insurance claims?

For reimbursement claims, we will provide you with an itemized invoice after your appointment. You can then submit this to your insurance provider. It’s a good idea to confirm with your insurer beforehand regarding the documentation and process needed for reimbursement.

Will I have to pay anything out-of-pocket?

Depending on your health insurance policy, it may be the case that you have to pay for certain things out of pocket.

What should I do if you are not a recognised provider of my insurer?

Some providers do not require a clinic to be authorised. In such an event, please check with your provider before booking an appointment.

How long does it take to get reimbursed?

The reimbursement timeline varies depending on your insurance provider and policy. It can range from a few days to several weeks. Please contact your insurance company for an estimated timeline and to track the status of your claim.

What if my insurance company denies my claim?

If your claim is denied, please contact your insurance provider to understand the reason for the denial. Often, issues can be resolved with additional documentation or clarification. Our clinic can assist by providing any necessary information or support to help you address the denial.
