I live in Newcastle but attended the clinic in London because there was a quick appointment available and I was super anxious. Dr Malu was superb. Calm, reassuring, professional. I had a biopsy but prior to results, I felt more at ease because of Dr Malus knowledge. Would use again without hesitation.

I had a coil removed at Clarewell clinics in London today, it was such a great experience and would highly recommend them for coil insertion and removal. The doctor and staff I met were all so lovely and kind and made me feel so at ease - not to mention the multitude of pain relief on offer for no additional cost. The ‘complicated’ removal took only 5 minutes or so and I did not feel a thing, even this evening after the procedure I am still in no pain.

I returned here after having recently given birth. The main reason for opting for a private health clinic was due to the ample amount of pain relief offered for women as compared to other NHS providers. I had had the IUD before and it was an awful experience, so was worried about getting it again post partum. Honestly I was dreading it. There are many women like me who have anxiety around their sexual health and I just wish more women knew about this clinic. Dr Mohua Sen and Astrid made me feel so safe. So heard. You guys are doing an amazing job. Thank you so much!

Went to see Dr Praveen Jayadeva for a coil removal which was a little complicated but he was fantastic, a wonderful doctor. He explained everything for me and put me at ease with pain relief and guidance throughout the whole procedure, was unexpected as I’d not long had a coil but needed it removed and thank god I went to him cause he just knew what he was doing and got it done with ease and professionalism. If I needed any further help i would def go to him, he went above and beyond.

I just have a coil refitted at Clarewell Clinics and the experience far exceeded my expectations. Having previously had a very uncomfortable experience fitting a coil somewhere else, I highly recommend going here. From the care of the staff, the pain relief and someone kind to hold your hand, everything made this process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I had my Mirena coil fitted at this clinic, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The clinic itself is very cozy and beautifully designed. The reception staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor explained everything in detail, so I felt completely calm before the procedure. The fitting was absolutely painless , quick, and gentle.. Afterwards, I was treated to delicious tea and sweets. I truly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a safe and caring place for women’s health.

The staff were amazing. I went for a depo injection. Everything goes so smooth as l have a phobia of needle. But, l can barely felt it. Magdalena is wonderful and she explained everything clear to me. I highly recommend this clinic. And will definitely go back again.

Was feeling incredibly nervous and anxious for my IUD insertion process, but I felt like I was in such good hands here. Genuinely could not have dreamed of a better experience for IUD, especially after hearing all the horror stories online about how painful the process was.Pain was my biggest concern, and Dr. Praveen and Mohua really took their time to reassure me that enough pain alleviation would be used, and that I could take a pause at any point.The whole process was incredibly smooth. I never felt rushed into making any decisions, and I felt clued-in on what was happening every step of the way.After the process, I was also offered pads/panty liners, hot tea, candy, biscuits. They also took their time to check in on me, to make sure I was okay, and even brought me a heating pad, which really helped.Feeling really grateful for such a caring experience with healthcare and would highly recommend this to anyone considering getting an IUD inserted or removed.Thank you so much Clarewell Clinics!

I went to Clarewell Clinic to have my copper coil removed after a deeply traumatic NHS fitting five years ago. The pain and treatment I’d received back then left me genuinely fearful of ever having to deal with it again. By the time I arrived at Clarewell, I was shaking and crying from fear but they completely transformed the experience.From the very first moment, they were outstanding. Every member of staff was calm, kind, and utterly professional. They listened carefully to my history and treated my fear with complete understanding and respect. They explained every step clearly, offered different pain relief options, and checked in with me constantly. When I needed a break, they stopped immediately and gave me space to settle.What really stood out was their care for my boundaries. I’d asked that certain instruments not be used. They completely respected that request and didn't prepare the tools, so they really weren't an option and I knew they wouldn't try to change my mind mid procedure. That level of respect meant so much.The procedure itself was quick, gentle, and nothing like the ordeal I’d imagined. For the first time since having the coil fitted, I felt safe, respected, and cared for. Clarewell were exceptional, empathetic, skilled, and genuinely human. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially to anyone who’s been through a traumatic experience before. Plus there are lots of biscuits!

This was my first experience with private healthcare and it was worth every penny.Dr. Aaron conducted my first visit while Dr. Malu conducted my follow-up. Both visits were very informative with the expertise shinning through and all done with a character and charm. It is evident that everyone here is great at their job and they love what they do. Which extends to the receptionist as well, who were very quick to answer emails and very attentive.Unfortunately they did such a good job that I have no need to return but as soon as it's needed I will be straight back! I would definitively recommend for anyone in need of their services.

Having had horrible experiences with examinations previously and just a general fear of the coil removal, I walked into the clinic on the brink of tears. But Dr Mohua Sen and astrid could not have put me more at ease. Dr Mohua Sen walked me through the whole process and showed me such kindness and support while I asked all of my questions. I cried tears of joy and relief afterwards as it was so quick and relatively painless (as much as a coil removal can be!). Great experience, strongly recommend for any women who are nervous or have had bad experiences in the past, and well worth the money!

I had a really disappointing experience with clinician Aaron Martin Williams. I felt he came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful during my appointment. It seemed to me he wasn’t interested in looking at the pictures I brought of my condition, which left me frustrated. I walked away with hardly any solutions or answers to my questions. It was a sensitive issue for me, and his manner made me feel completely disregarded.After the way I was treated, I couldn’t shake the thought that my ethnicity might have affected how I was treated.

I’ve had some bad experiences before with women’s reproductive health clinics and with the NHS, I can say I have never had such an incredible experience before dealing with this. This place takes women’s health seriously and cares so much about how YOU feel. You’re not just another number, every person that enters this place gets treated like they’re the first client of the day. If you’re looking to get the IUD, I’d strongly recommend getting all kinds of anesthesia. The stories are true, the pain is less than ideal, but honestly with the gas, the hand holding and the pain killers it’s very manageable in my opinion. I have taken the day off work, I think it was the right call as the pain after is like a constant and intense period cramp. Personally, I don’t think it’s unmanageable and 100% worth it. These people made this experience incredible for me and I honestly with they were my full time doctors because wow. It feels nice to be seen and understood with how nervous I was and how intrusive the procedure is. They really get it and I would recommend doing it if you’re thinking about it. I got tea, biscuits, candy, painkillers to take home, this place is the best.

I was warmly greeted by the receptionist Yasmin who treated me to a herbal tea. My nurse Natasha was super friendly and made sure to administer enough anesthetic to ensure I didn't feel pain. She was fast, attentive and just really kind!Was totally worth the money and I would recommend this to anyone needing contraceptive services.

Had an incredible experience with Dr Sen and Yasmina for my complex coil removal. I had already been to another practitioner for a first and unsuccessful attempt which was lengthy and fairly painful. I barely had time to lie down on the table with the very welcoming and friendly Dr and her assistant, and the coil that another Dr had unuccessfully fished around for 20 minutes was out! Brilliant experience, clean studio, friendly team. Would 100% recommend.

I am very grateful for excellent care by Dr Malu and Mr Aaron Williams. My complex case and concerns have been properly heard and addressed. They are exceptional clinicians. I had been worried about throat cancer and HPV in my throat. I was throughly examined and oral swab for HPV PCR was taken. Luckily the swab came back negative. God bless Claewwell Clinics team.

I’d seen so many consultants about my skin, hair and rashes over the last year. the same things kept coming up that, because I’m autistic my skin must just be sensitive or that it was all in my head. I wasn’t being listened to and I’d almost lost hope.At clarewell it was completely different. It was the first time in a long time I left an appointment without feeling judged, and my physical symptoms were truly taken seriously.Aaron Williams genuinely cares, goes above and beyond, and finally found out what was wrong when so many other professionals didn’t!!They also wrote a very detailed letter for my GP so my treatment could continue and I can start rebuilding my life again, after a year of hell. Aaron gave me back, the hope I thought I'd lost.The whole team there are are so kind, supportive and quick to respond. It’s an outstanding service, and I can’t thank them enough for the support I have received from them.I highly recommend this place. 🙂

After having a previous experience with another clinic which was not pleasant at all - I was extremely nervous and anxious. However, from start to the end, Clarewell Clinics, Dr Praveen Jayadeva and his team were fantastic, especially the nurse! Dr Praveen really took the time to listen to my story, my history, took time to explain how it would work to have the coil replaced, gave me the pros and cons of the new coil. He didn’t rush me at all, really went with how I was feeling, but was so reassuring.I know that there wouldn’t have been anyone else that could have done it as smoothly and easily as him. I was given different options of pain relief and paracetamol to take home after as well, as well as follow up email to check in on me.Honestly, the best decision I made coming to Dr Praveen and his team.Thank you again - highly recommend!

I had an IUD removal at Clarewell, London, done by Praveen Jayadeva. I am not good with medical procedures anyway, but after having an unsuccessful removal attempt without pain relief by the NHS, my anxiety was through the roof. The ladies at the clinic and Mr. Jayadeva gave me space and time, really comforting me and relaxing me as much as possible. Full pain relief along with as much gas & air as I needed was not a problem for them. I was a difficult patient but they handled the situation expertly and we got a great result! Praveen is special with his skills and caring aura. I would highly recommend, especially for the more nervous amongst us!

Three years ago, I had my contraceptive implant removed and replaced at a different clinic in London. It was a terrible experience—they struggled to remove it, and I fainted twice from the pain. So naturally, I was extremely anxious when I went to see Dr. Manoj Malu for another removal.Dr. Manoj was absolutely brilliant. I explained that I have a very low pain tolerance and was really scared, and he was kind, calm, and incredibly reassuring. Apart from the brief sting of the local anaesthetic injection, the entire procedure was completely painless.It was honestly the best experience I’ve had with this type of treatment. Dr. Manoj is a fantastic doctor, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He turned a situation I feared into one I felt completely at ease with. Thank you!

I got my implant put in TEN years ago and never had it removed as I was so nervous! I hate medical appointments in general and injections, so it’s been something I have avoided for far too long. A few days ago I finally decided to get this sorted ASAP and after a bit of research, I found Clarewell Clinics! They had appointments available straight away which was a huge plus for me and the reviews were all so positive, including from others who were scared to have their implant removed. Today it was my turn. Julie couldn’t have been kinder to me and the whole experience was just perfect. It was removed so fast and I am so glad I have finally ticked this off my list of worries! I had a coil fitting with Julie at the Loughborough clinic and she was absolutely amazing and so lovely. I had never had a coil fitting or even an examination before so I was quite nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Julie explained the whole process and made me feel so comfortable. The fact pain relief is offered was so good too and helped me feel calm and made me more comfortable. Because of my OCD I get tested on a regular basis and have been doing so for around 20 years.Out of all the places I have been tested I ended up at Clarewell Clinics, because of Aaron Williams.Who in my opinion is the best nurse I have ever had and I have had a lot haha.A lot of nurses seem to struggle with me , because of my small veins, but with Aaron I have never had any problems.I will always ask for him specifically.Not only is he the best nurse I have had ,he is also a lovely guy who is very patient and very kind.When I heard what was said about him I felt obliged to give my opinion.All the best,Bob

I visited the Birmingham clinic for a coil removal and replacement. The level of care I received was amazing. Julie and Dr Praveen are wonderful clinicians who really care for their patients. I was talked through every stage of the procedure and felt completely looked after. I was given pain relief which is not always an option elsewhere. I attended the Marylebone clinic for a coil change with the gas and air/numbing, previously I had a terribly painful experience with this and was very nervous about going through it again. Dr Sen and her assistant/ nurse were amazing. Dr Sen was thorough with the consultation, very supportive and efficient throughout the whole procedure! Julie and Bonnie are the dream team! I was so nervous and anxious about my coil being removed and refitted. As soon as I walked in the door Bonnie put me at ease. Julie was simply excellent, she went through everything in detail and reassured me I would be ok. I was extremely concerned about the pain of having it done. She said I was a perfect candidate for gas and air together with the lidocaine spray and gel. I can honestly say, it was absolutely fine. Bonnie held my hand and Julie was so gentle with me. I only felt slight discomfort and it was so quick! The relief was unbelievable. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so so much!

I went here to get several tests done, receptionist and staff very lovely ,dr manoj is an excellent doctor👍However I didn’t like how other staff kept knocking our door and asking for things when I was speaking to dr manoj, it did put me off a bit as I was giving sensitive information about my personal life to him, it’s just a nitpick of mine, other than that very good!

I visited the clinic in Birmingham last week for a copper IUD insertion, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was my first time getting an IUD and I was nervous about the procedure and potential pain. However, my experience exceeded all expectations.Dr. Khan provided exceptional care from start to finish. She took the time to thoroughly review my medical questionnaire, explained the entire process in detail, and discussed what to expect post-procedure. We also discussed pain relief options and based on my sensitive circumstances she recommended both a numbing spray and Penthrox, which made a significant difference. Her professionalism, kindness, and compassion immediately put me at ease.Dr. Khan was assisted by Claudia, who was equally warm and supportive throughout the process. The actual insertion went smoothly. Aside from the discomfort from the speculum, I actually only felt a mild pinch and period-like cramps, thanks to the pain relief methods. Choosing to go private was the best decision I could have made for this reason alone.After taking a few moments to recover post-procedure, I left feeling well cared for and went home without any issues. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the service I received and will undoubtedly return to this clinic for future needs.

Had my appointment at Clarewell today for a coil removal that was previously unsuccessful at my gp. With Mrs Parveen Khan. I was extremely anxious, Parveen was amazing and so reassuring, she put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable, as did Claudia. I didn’t think such a positive experience would be possible. I attended Clarewell for a coil removal and replacement as my doctor said they no longer offered this service. I rang other nhs clinics but they advised a very long waiting time so I opted to go private. I am very happy that I did. I was greeted well and offered a drink in the cosy reception. I was seen very quickly and all my medical history and options were discussed in detail. I was seen by Mrs P Khan and she has called me the day before to go through a few things before attending. Both the consultant and health care assistant made me feel at ease and were very chatty throughout the procedure. I didn’t feel rushed and I felt very relaxed. For an insertion of a copper IUD, Mrs P. Khan was such an intellectual to speak with as much as she was so maternal to soothe me before the procedure. I was informed of all the possible outcomes of this contraception and I possess personal issues which she took entirely into consideration, making this so much easier. She is clearly very experienced in her 30+ years of work as I experienced very little pain, and her subtle sense of humour alleviated any sense of awkwardness or discomfort a patient may feel prior to quite an invasive procedure. I hope many other women are her patient for things such as this, it was worth going private for. Thank you!

I attended an appointment at the Birmingham branch for an implant removal and re-insertion earlier today. The reception was very calming and we were seen promptly. I recently had a copper coil fitted at Clarewell Clinics, carried out by the lovely team of Julie and Bonnie.Upon arrival i was greeted warmly by Bonnie and immediately felt at ease before heading into my consultation with Julie who was a true professional and took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Honestly, please trust your gut feeling with this place and all the other reviews as well. All the staff are possibly one of the most most kindest and genuinely empathetic professionals in the field. You go in and you forget you're in Birmingham!I had to visit twice to get the implant taken out, first time Dr Malu tried to find both ends of the implant, he tried his best to feel for it but told me the success of it getting taken out the standard way was less than 10% or so, I could tell he knew what he was talking about so I trusted him, the Dr recommended for me to get an ultrasound guided removal, didn't charge me for the consultation and let me go on my way.Second time I came back with the intention of having it ultrasound removed, this time I met Dr Jayadeva, straight away he was professional, knew what he was doing/talking about and answered any questions I had with confidence. He got everything set up for the procedure and brought one of the staff members in for support (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name!) and she was absolutely fantastic as well keeping me distracted and talking even through wincing through a slight pain (pain wasn't intolerable either, it was just an annoyance). When I thought he was still at the beginning of the procedure, the lady announced it's over, the implant has come out. I immediately opened my eyes and looked up in disbelief at how quick that was and was extremely happy the whole way home!I will like to extend to Dr Malu, please please don't feel guilty or bad that you weren't able to take it out first time! I trusted your instincts and you were correct to not proceed, you managed to save me waiting another month to take it out and most importantly saved me from any more unnecessary pain!10/10, fantastic services. keep up the good work 🙂

I attended the Clarewell clinic as I was at the end of my tether, peri menopause wise. My Gp wouldn't help me as my bloods were normal and allegedly too young at 43, but I was very symptomatic! I made an appointment with Julie who is a specialist at Clarewell and she was absolutely amazing. Firstly, I had a zoom appointment as I'd broken my foot and couldn't get there, secondly the knowledge that she has, has made me feel overwhelmed as at last I'm being listened too.I have started HRT and although just the beginning of my journey, it's already working to relieve my symptoms.Julie is highly recommended! Following a rather distressing experience in the past, I had been very anxious about having my implant removed, to the extent that I delayed the procedure for over a year. I couldn’t recommend Clarewell enough! I was nervous after a bad experience with my first coil fitting a few years back, but Julie & Bonnie looked after me so well and put me at ease with their compassion, knowledge and understanding. Julie took the time beforehand to discuss everything in detail and answer all my questions, including about the pain relief options. I opted for Penthrox gas and anaesthetic gel for my coil replacement and I hardly felt a thing during (unlike my first fitting). Unfortunately, women’s experiences aren’t always taken seriously by other practitioners but here I felt listened to and understood. Pain relief should be offered as standard for coil fittings everywhere as it is here - every woman deserves the choice to minimise discomfort during an invasive procedure. Penthrox in particular is ideal for it as it takes the pain away and also has a relaxing effect to calm nerves.I’ll definitely be back to Clarewell for my next appointment and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I rang here yesterday after being told by my doctors it would be a 2/4 month wait for my implant to be removed. (I was desperate for it out due to it making my mental health deteriorate). I phoned up at 10am , and explained my situation and they got me an appointment straight away at 10:30am! I was welcomed nicely and was shown to the room by julie. She was lovely and so polite. She made sure I www comfortable the whole time and took her time with me as I was absolutely terrified (I have a phobia of needles). My experience here was absolutely brilliant, I couldn’t thank Julie more for the experience she gave me. The procedure was explained to me fully before going ahead with it, and I was constantly asked if I was in any pain or needed anything. Julie took her time with me and was so calming and patient which was great for me considering the state I was in. All in all the procedure was painless and I felt very well looked after there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I can’t recommend Clarewell Clinics highly enough following my experience of an ultrasound guided implant removal. After being informed of an extremely long waiting list for the procedure on the NHS, I sought out private alternatives. I was offered several different appointments and was seen within a week at Clarewell Clinics (although i was offered a next day appointment). Tilly, who works on reception, assisted throughout the procedure, and Dr Jayadeva was wonderful at explaining the procedure and kept me well informed along the way. Both were professional and chatty and kept me as ease throughout, and at no point during my appointment did I feel rushed or dismissed. It is evident that patient care and comfort is the top priority at Clarewell Clinics and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back in the future if required. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Clarewell Clinic to anybody considering using their service for coil fitting/removal. I was extremely nervous (to the point where I couldn't sleep for weeks) pending the expiration of my old coil and was dreading having the replacement done by the NHS without pain relief. I decided to advocate for myself and pursue an option that provided the peace of mind that I needed. Clarewell was the best decision I made, and was worth every penny. Dr Praveen and Julie both supported me and I felt very validated and cared for. Reception staff were also extremely kind and welcoming, offering hot drinks. The building is modern and inviting. At my appointment, initially I felt scared but Dr Praveen and Julie quickly eased my worries, listened to my concerns and answered all my queries knowledgeably, professionally and with kindness. The procedure itself was a million worlds away from the NHS experience (in a good way!), to the point where I was actually laughing and chatting with Julie and and my partner (who was allowed in the room to sit with with me during the procedure). I felt no pain, and I thought Dr Praveen was only getting started when actually the procedure was over!! I didn't even realise he'd done it! I will be returning when it's time to for a replacement fitting, I will never have this procedure done with the NHS again, Clarewell 100%! Spend the money, avoid enduring barbaric, medieval procedures and experience a modern, comfortable, empowering service as women should in the 21st century! After being terrified of having a coil fitted due to lack of support from the NHS, I came to Clarewell. Julie was absolutely amazing at discussing what the procedure was going to be like and spoke to me throughout the procedure too. I can honestly say the pain I felt was over very quickly but also validated too. Bonnie was also a really wonderful help at comforting me and making the environment welcoming. I was shocked by how little to no pain I felt following the procedure, only the slightest twinge if I got up to do something, which has completely settled down. I’ve been at the Clarewell clinic for a deep implant removal.Unfortunately, the first time I attended the ultrasound had a fault, meaning that my appointment had to be rescheduled. The clinic worked very hard to find me an alternative appointment, going above and beyond. The procedure itself went smoothly, the doctor was very skilled and knew exactly what he was doing.Overall a very good experience and I would recommend going if you are unable to wait a long time for an NHS appointment.

Having grown frustrated and bitter following my last encounter with NHS Reproductive Healthcare, I decided to assume 100% personal responsibility for my reproductive healthcare experiences and seek worthy alternatives to NHS reproductive healthcare.I discovered Clarewell Clinics after googling private reproductive healthcare in the UK. And I decided to make enquiries and follow through.I am happy to say that was a great decision for me.I visited Clarewell Clinics in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, to replace my 5 years NHS-fitted copper coil with a 10 years copper coil.I was seen by Midwife Julie and another team member - from the reception area - I can't recall her name.The clinic ambience was relaxing.Julie was exceptionally knowledgeable and shared several helpful and personalized insights with me.This was remarkable to me because I have been seen previously, by about 3 separate Gynaecologists from the NHS and the information I was provided, about reproductive healthcare and contraception, was mostly general information which I mostly already knew about, from my own personal due diligence research on the internet.Julie is the first Midwife that have attended to my reproductive healthcare and her knowledge and insights about the female reproductive system and birth control options is far superior, in my view.This was very reassuring for me.I believe the service I received was worth every penny I spent.Also, the clinic allowed me to pay after the copper coil fitting procedure was completed.The payment sequence matter was initially a worry for me, because some service providers require that you pay before the service is provided. After which they may not completely respect your wishes, which can get frustrating.Allowing me to pay after the coil fitting procedure eased my worries from the get-go, which is exemplary of exceptional service, in my view.Also, my copper coil fitting experience was surprisingly smooth and painless.I was also provided with multiple options to choose from, for pain relief.The copper coil fitting process was properly explained to me by Julie and her team.I was consulted and checked on through-out the entire procedure to ensure I was at ease and satisfied.This was excellent.After the copper coil fitting, I was provided aftercare information and encouraged to contact the clinic if I have any further questions.Furthermore, the clinic location is only a short 5 minutes’ walk from Birmingham Jewellery Quarter Tram and Train station. And was easy to find, using Google maps - if you don't live in Birmingham and elected to travel in, like I did.Moreover, the service charge for the copper coil fitting was clearly and promptly communicated to me. The price was reasonable and affordable for me.All in all, I had an exceptional and positive experience, and I would recommend Clarewell Clinics in Birmingham for Copper Coil fitting.

Absolutely fantastic service,After having an absolute horror show of an experience with an NHS clinic in Nottingham removing my implant, I was convinced that this is how it was supposed to be, however, just entering the cute little clinic puts you at ease, they offer you tea and coffee and you sit down and have a chat before anything is done, Julie had made me feel so comfortable and made the whole experience enjoyable! I was quite nervous before going, only heard scary possibly painful things about having the coil fitted but as the only contraception without hormonal interference I felt I had no choice. Can't put into words how honestly amazing Julie is! Completely put me at ease, even having my crying 3 month old with me.. we all held him and next minute it was done. I have had a long history of undiagnosed female problems and have never had a good experience with NHS examinations. I was fitted with the coil during surgery so was under general anaesthetic but after an extremely difficult and upsetting first smear test my GP told me that I would not be able to withstand the coil removal and referred me to hospital. Unfortunately i was placed on an 11-month waiting list and with my coil now expired I simply couldn't wait that long for help. So we decided to go private and looked around, and I'm so glad we went with Clarewell Clinics.I was allocated to Magda who was so welcoming and approachable, she let me pour my heart and frustrations out to her before we even attempted to start the procedure. She offered me gas and air to help and waited until I was ready. Honestly, that was the first positive experience I have ever had! Magda is an absolute saint and made me feel so at ease. I felt no pain whatsoever.If you've had a traumatic experience or struggle with examinations like me, please don't hesitate to book in. It's been worth every penny.

I went to Julie for a coil fitting today. I wasn't sure what type I wanted and I'd had a very bad experience about 15 years ago with a copper coil.Julie was so kind and understanding, she took the time to explain the different types of coil, was very knowledgeable about the advantages and disadvantages of each and even explained what she thought might have happened to make my last experience so bad.The actual fitting was...Well...wow. it was almost painless. Well Julie is a mircal worker! Today I had my copper coil removed and a hormone coil fitted. The first experience of having a coil was an awful one for me and I was terrified of having it changed. Had a copper coil fitted here today & I was so impressed with the service. The procedure was explained to me as well as options about which coil to use, and the whole process was really relaxed and friendly. Really professional, I would thoroughly recommend this clinic to others.

Jodie and Julie are amazing, I was 30 mins late for my appointment(I thought it was at the wrong time) and it was no problem, they made no fuss and got me straight in, lovely ladies as well, made me feel at ease and it was quick and painless. Really recommend going, car park space and they offer sweets!!

Went to have a coil fitted for the firsttime, Julie and Jodie made the whole experience verty comfortable and made sure I was okay the whole time! Very efficient and quick service (was seen within 2 weeks of enquiring). Lovely, chatty and brilliant service. Would definitely go back.

Booked in to the quorn clinic for a coil removal and Julie was quite honestly the friendliest, nicest person I think I’ve ever met. She put me at ease immediately and was chatty all the way through, let’s face it the silences when having a procedure down there can be really awkward! But none of that with Julie, with the whole procedure being done within a couple of minutes. 5 star service. Highly recommend this lady

Myself and my daughter had to visit Clarewell Clinics due to our GP refusing to do routine appointments any more. What can I say but what a fantastic organisation. From the reception staff to the clinical staff, everyone is very friendly, welcoming and professional. Julie is amazing. The tablets our GP put my daughter on Julie realised were incorrect for her condition and she amended the dosage. Since then my daughter has been free of pain and other symptoms. It has been life changing for her as she was at the point where she could not walk at times and now the terrible pain in her legs has gone. For myself Julie has helped me recognise the correct medication I should be on for my age. She is extremely kind, patient and her clinical knowledge is unrivalled. We feel very blessed to have found Julie and wouldn't return to the GPs now for specific queries purely because we trust Julie above anyone else.

I went in to have my implant removed, got booked in very quickly - my appointment was within the next 3 days (unlike NHS telling you to wait months for this type of service). Julie is very friendly and knowledgeable person, I definitely felt reassured and at ease when talking with her about my concerns. Overall had a very nice time with nurse Julie, she's very chatty, warm and professional all at the same time! It will definitely make your visit more relaxed. Would highly recommend Clarewell Clinics!

I visited the clinic to have my regular smear test. The clinic is located in beautiful surroundings, with plenty of car parking. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly whilst remaining professional and I immediately felt at ease. I would highly recommend Clarewell's to others and will definitely return myself.

Can't recommend the clinic highly enough. I wanted my coil out to try for my first baby but with the current lockdown, my GP wasn't able to offer me an appointment. I called Clarewell on the Monday and they could get me in the very next day (I actually ended up choosing a Thursday appointment because of prior commitments).Everything was really Covid-friendly - I parked up and the receptionist came to my car to let me know when they were ready for me. Masks were worn by everyone at all times.My appointment was with Julie Milsom and she was excellent. So friendly and chatty, and really efficient. I was in and out within ten minutes.The price was fair, I thought, at £150.00 for the appointment.The only negative I would say is that the clinic is not clearly signposted; I wasn't sure I was in the right place when I parked up, despite getting a text message telling me where to park. I thought I'd pulled up at someone's house! However, I called the clinic to query this when I arrived. and the receptionist came out to give me a wave to let me know I was in the right place.

It was my first time at Clarewell Clinics and I can’t rate it highly enough! The man who greeted myself on reception was so friendly and Julie was lovely too, instantly putting me at ease. My implant removal was painless and wasn’t rushed, Julie had plenty of time for a good chat!Very COVID secure, waited in the car and collected when clinic was empty. Masks worn by all staff.

My visit at Clarewell Clinic One Ash was a great one. Julie Milsom who I had seen there is a life saver!I had a horrendous experience somewhere else, prior to going to Julie at One Ash, to remove an implant. I was left with more than half the implant left in my arm after a poor attempt to remove it all. I reached out to Julie who was immediately appalled with the service that I had received and was quick to book me in to have it all taken out. The service was handled very professionally and I was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them.
