Our Process

Once you submit your complaint, we will follow these steps to ensure a fair resolution:

  • Investigation & Response: We will investigate your concerns and aim to provide a formal response and a plan of action within 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • Resolution Confirmation: Once a resolution has been proposed and implemented, we will contact you to confirm the matter is resolved. If you believe the matter has not been fully resolved, we kindly request that you respond to our email within 5 working days to let us know. If we do not hear back from you, we will consider the complaint officially closed.

In the event that a payment for a rendered service remains outstanding and we are unable to reach a resolution with you directly, you acknowledge and agree that Clarewell Clinics reserves the right to engage a third-party debt collection agency to recover the outstanding balance on our behalf. Any costs associated with debt collection may be added to your outstanding balance.

Termination of Services

Clarewell Clinics reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any patient at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if the patient violates these Terms and Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, non-compliance with treatment plans, aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff, or repeated failure to pay for services rendered.
