I attended the clinic for a test, understandably nervous, but Julie greeted me with a warm smile and instantly made me feel comfortable. She calmly and professionally explained the procedure, making sure I understood everything, and answered my questions without any hurry. I had the pleasure of visiting both sites; Leicester & Birmingham. I was nervous at both visits, the second in particular. The professionals at both clinics are a credit to the company and made me feel calm and collected.
The first visit in Leicester was for a rapid chlamydia test which turned out to be positive. Julie reassured me that treatment was straight forward and I was offered the treatment there and then.
My second treatment was in Birmingham where I was consulted by the most professional and friendly healthcare professional I have ever met – this test was for a post 10 HIV test. After a very reassuring consultation and a great turn of perception I walked away feeling reassured. 2 hours after this test I received the results for both the HIV and the lab Chlamydia – both of which were negative. It turns out I had a false positive at the Leicester clinic which was explained to me at the time as the tests are not 100% accurate.
Overall, in the future, I will only use Clarewell as my provider for these tests. I also want to express my thanks and gratitude to Dr Manoj Malu – thank you!.

If I could give 10/5 I would! Dr Malu is a fantastic doctor who's expertise is second to none, he cares so much about his patients both with their medical issues and about their mental wellbeing. Unfortunately my warts are made more challenging due to an autoimmune condition and treatment offered on the NHS wasn't working for me, which did get me down and very upset, wondering if this would EVER go away. But Dr Malu is so reassuring, caring and professional and I know we will beat this, together.
I want to thank Dr Malu for helping me and not making me feel so alone with nowhere to turn, which was exactly where I was before I found him!

I have had to visit the clinic a few tomes so make sure the warts have gone as Dr M Malu likes not to over treat an area on one occasion. What a great experience! Found the clinic last minute but thankfully managed to get an appointment on the same day by the lovely guy at reception! Was feeling really anxious and nervous about being tested for an STI but honestly the way Doctor M did his job was fantastic! Made me feel really welcomed and comfortable before, during and after the appointment. The procedure was not awkward at all! It’s not always comfortable being around a male doctor in such situations but he was just so professional and so understanding. Really made me feel at ease. He’s advice on the tests I should have etc was so genuine. You can really tell he is not there to make money off you- he genuinely cares for his clients!! I was being tested for Chalmydia/Gonorrhoea and opted for the 95 mins test results (£130), although I intended on having the £80 test for both STI’s whereby you get the results in 20 mins, however, after having a chat with Doctor M I decided to change the plan- I don’t regret it one bit! I’ve been to NHS clinics which are not as warm and welcoming as this clinic or as accurate in their results! So the clinica is highly recommended by me!! Doctor M even gave me a lovely cream pastry to take home because I told him I hadn’t ate since the day before due to stress! By far the best doctors experience I have had!

I recently went to the Leicester clinic and saw Julie Milsom. I was anxious and worried and not feeling well but I was made to feel immediately comfortable and the setting is very discreet. Julie is such an approachable, warm and welcoming person and made me feel instantly relaxed and I felt like I could talk openly to her. She really listened to everything I said and was so understanding and patient. After my results, during the follow up appointment, she took the time to explain everything to me and reassured me. I was feeling anxious and concerned about my Diagnosis but she really helped me to understand it and made me feel like I could move forward from it. Seeing a family member consumed by worry is distressing. Being able to access the services of Clarewell was possible for us. The result, we had quick answers to the appropriate questions.
Julie Milsom listened, advised, checked her understanding of the risk with appropriate questions. She then explained what would answer the concerns based on the exposure to risk.
Her manner and empathy for our situation was all I could have hoped for.
We choose tests to provide answers quickly and shortly after Julie explained the results. Where appropriate secondary lab tests were advised to clarify inconclusive indications and medication provided to address and outstanding issue should it be present.
The follow up results and communication about them where handled with the same sympathetic professionalism by all in the team.
I was given an understanding of the situation and knowledge that allowed me to help and individual consumed more by worry for others than himself. Consumed to such an extent that without professional advice they would still be worrying about risks of communicating infection that did not exsist.
Our results answered concerns about infection. I can not thank Julie and the team enough.
